Each of our signs is individually crafted on demand using high-quality flexible neon LED tubing and our exclusive PVC molding technique. The LED tubing is affixed to a durable, transparent acrylic backdrop that is precision-trimmed for the desired shape.

In contrast to conventional glass neon signs, this material offers superior durability and is environmentally conscious.

Our LED neon signs are designed as a modern alternative to traditional glass neon signs. Utilizing LEDs encased in plastic instead of gas within glass, they generate minimal heat and are break-resistant. This makes them a safe choice for environments with children and pets.

The LEDs utilized in our signs have a 50,000-hour lifespan. That is the equivalent of more than 5 years if the neon sign was left on all the time!

Every neon sign we offer is accompanied by a 12-month warranty, ensuring free replacement in case of any issues.

Our team will facilitate the return of the sign for inspection, and upon confirmation, a replacement will be promptly dispatched to you.

Installing our neon signs is a quick and straightforward process, taking less than 5 minutes. Follow these steps to have your new sign up and brightening your space in no time:

  1. Carefully unbox your new sign: Due to the superior protective packaging, you may need a knife to safely remove it. Exercise caution to avoid damaging the sign or its cables during unpacking.

  2. Connect the power cords: The signs come with one cable attached to the sign, a remote control cable, and a separate 3V transformer that plugs into the power source. Connect the mains power supply cable to the remote control cable, which is then linked to the sign’s cable. Insert AAA batteries into the remote control to operate functions like turning the sign on/off, dimming, and changing effects. If you have the Color Changer, the remote control allows you to change the sign’s color.

  3. Choose your hanging method: Hanging the neon sign is akin to hanging a picture on the wall. You have the flexibility to use nails, hooks, or wall-hanging strips. We recommend wall-hanging strips for their ease of use and minimal impact on your walls. Follow the specific instructions for your chosen method to securely hang the neon sign.

  4. Enjoy your new neon sign: Revel in the vibrant ambiance your sign creates in your space!

Shipping and Delivery

We suggest allowing up to 14 days from the order date for the delivery to reach your doorstep, although it is likely to arrive sooner. The extended delivery time is due to the fact that each product, whether it’s a custom design or a preset, is produced to order.

Typically, production takes 3-4 business days, and shipping time is around 7-10 business days. Our shipping partners include DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. Once your item is dispatched to the courier, we will email you a comprehensive tracking number to monitor the progress of your new neon sign.

Customs and tariff expenses may be applicable based on your order’s country of origin, dimensions, weight, and/or value.

The responsibility for all duties, taxes, and customs fees lies with the recipient.

Certainly! You will receive a tracking number via email. In certain instances, it may take up to 5 days.

If you haven’t received an email, please reach out to us. We can provide you with the information before initiating a Chargeback, as there are instances where emails may not be sent automatically.

Tracking numbers may take 1-3 days to appear in the courier’s system. Occasionally, the courier may experience delays in updating their website or delivering an order. If the tracking number is still not functional after four business days, please reach out to us at [email protected].

If your package has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the area around your house/apartment to check if the mail carrier left the item in an unusual location.
  2. Check with your neighbors, as they might have received your delivery by mistake.
  3. Contact your local post office for additional information on the parcel.

About Your Order (s)

Our shipping partners employ a courier service that is completely trackable and insured. Once your sign has been delivered to one of our shipping partners (DHL or TNT), you will be emailed a shipping tracking number so you can watch its journey.

If your sign does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at [email protected].

Our support team can then contact the courier to investigate what happened and arrange for a new sign to be sent to you as soon as possible, free of charge.

Each of our neon signs is packaged meticulously in premium protective materials, encompassing plastic wrapping, bubble wrap, sturdy cardboard edge guards, and robust cardboard boxing. This thorough packaging is designed to guarantee the pristine condition of your neon sign upon arrival. The shipping cost is slightly higher due to the comprehensive insurance coverage provided, ensuring added protection.

In the highly improbable event that your sign arrives damaged, please reach out to us through email at [email protected].

All our items come with a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. If any issues arise with the product, customers should reach out to [email protected] and provide a picture or video showcasing the problem. Subsequently, we will assess the severity of the issue and determine whether it can be resolved with a spare part or necessitates a complete replacement. It’s important to note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors.

Regarding warranty shipping expenses, the buyer is responsible for all delivery costs, which include:

  • Shipping the product to our facility.
  • Delivery fees associated with sending warranted products to the customer’s address.

Due to the personalized and unique nature of our items tailored to each order, we are unable to facilitate returns. However, if the product is defective, exhibits poor quality, or significantly deviates from the authorized design, it may qualify for a replacement or refund.

You can choose from Creativdecor’s existing designs or request a free design service.

To create your personalized Neon Signs by providing us with a concept, kindly complete our Design Request Form (or leave a message on our Facebook page). Please include a detailed description of your desired design along with your email address. Upon submitting your idea, you will receive an email asking for confirmation. Please check your inbox and confirm the request to enable us to reply with a complimentary draft and a price quote within 24 hours.

We provide complimentary design services and responsive customer support.
