ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Your product will go into the handling process shortly after your order has been submitted.

To estimate when you can expect your order during regular seasons, please consider the following factors:

1. Handling time:
   After your payment is authorized and verified, the handling process will begin. This usually takes 3-4 business days, depending on the product you purchased.
2. Transit Time:
   After the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped out and it will take a few more days to arrive at your address. The estimated shipping time is listed below for each shipping method.

Please note:

• During holidays and peak seasons, including certain US and international holidays, delivery times may take additional 7 days for both domestic and international delivery.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase. After this period, a 30% fee will be applied due to production commencement.

Order Returns:

Due to the customized nature of our products, tailored to each customer’s specifications, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns.

Conditions for Requesting Changes or Refunds:

Certain conditions must be met for items to be eligible for cancellation, modification, replacement, return, or refund.

Replacement/Refund Requests:

Please contact us within 7 days of your item’s arrival (as indicated by the courier tracking system) to request a replacement or refund.

Scenarios for Replacement/Refund:

• Poor Quality
• Items significantly different from the approved design or as shown on our websites
• Defective/Incorrect Order
• Delivery damage (Refunds offered only if shipping insurance was selected)
• Wrong Items (Free replacement provided)
• Order not received (Refund or replacement offered if not delivered within 30 days; excluding cases of incorrect shipping details provided by the customer and missed parcel deliveries)
• Sale Items: Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or replacements, not sale items.

How to Request a Replacement/Refund:

Follow the outlined steps, including taking clear photos/videos of the product and its packaging, and emailing our support team at [email protected].

Approval Process:

We’ll respond within 24 hours, requesting further clarification if necessary. If your request is approved:

• Replacement: We will ship a new item via standard shipping.
• Refund: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
