ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Your product will go into the handling process shortly after your order has been submitted.

To estimate when you can expect your order during regular seasons, please consider the following factors:

  1. Handling time:
    After your payment is authorized and verified, the handling process will begin. This usually takes 3-4 business days, depending on the product you purchased.
  2. Transit Time:
    After the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped out and it will take a few more days to arrive at your address. The estimated shipping time is listed below for each shipping method.

  • During holidays and peak seasons, including certain US and international holidays, delivery times may take additional 7 days for both domestic and international delivery.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase. After this period, a 30% fee will be applied due to production commencement.

  1. Handling Import Fees/Taxes:
    Import fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary based on factors like country of origin, size, weight, and order value.
  2. Tracking Information:
    You will receive an email with a tracking number, which may take up to 5 days to receive. If not received, please contact us.
  3. Tracking Number Issues:
    Tracking numbers may take 1-3 days to become active. If inactive after four business days, please contact us for assistance.
  4. Shipment Notification:
    If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If not found, contact us with your shipping details.
  5. Undelivered Package:
    If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check around your property and with neighbors. If still not found, contact your local post office and then us for further assistance.
  6. Shipping Carriers:
    We use USPS, DHL, UPS or OSM based on the recipient’s address for faster and cost-effective delivery.
  7. Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
    We CAN NOT ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
  8. Partial Orders:
    Multiple-item orders may be shipped separately for faster delivery. Contact us if you believe there’s an issue.
  9. Multiple Orders/Address Changes:
    Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders or change shipping addresses once processing begins.
